Aiming to gain recognition in the committee, CHEUK YUK decides to support the project and he asks CHI NGA's boss to handle it. SUN-YUNG and SHEUNG-YEE learn that a company is cheating money by pyramid selling scheme. While carrying out investigation, they discover SHEUNG-HING there. The water project will damage the environment and some environmental protection groups start a protest against it.
